By purchasing the Civilian Personal Vehicle Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned civilian vehicle that aligns with server lore, realism standards, and administrative approval.

🌎 Lore & Realism Requirements

All vehicles must:

• Fit within a modern Arkansas-based roleplay setting
• Reflect realistic, everyday civilian ownership
• Maintain balanced, non-excessive performance
• Appear as a common road-legal civilian vehicle

Vehicles that break immersion or create unrealistic advantages will be denied.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicle types are strictly prohibited:

• RC, novelty, meme, or joke vehicles
• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or emergency-service replicas
• Weaponized, armored, or bullet-resistant builds
• Exotic, hyper-performance, or ultra-rare luxury vehicles
• Track-focused, race-built, or excessively modified vehicles
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any vehicle that conflicts with lore balance or community standards.

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Standard midsize sedan
• Compact daily driver
• Full-size civilian pickup
• Family SUV or crossover
• Economy hatchback
• Light-duty work truck

Vehicles should represent practical transportation commonly seen on Arkansas roadways.

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• All Civilian Personal Vehicles require ASRP Management approval prior to implementation.
• Vehicles must not already be claimed by another player.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and configuration.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate package removal and possible server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to comply with ASRP standards may result in:

• Vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Administrative disciplinary action
