Terms of Service (Lore Friendly)

By purchasing the Personal LEO SUV Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned law-enforcement SUV platform that aligns with departmental standards, server lore, and realism guidelines.

🌎 Lore & Department Standards

All vehicles must:

• Fit within the modern Arkansas-based law enforcement setting
• Reflect a standard fleet-issued patrol SUV used for routine operations
• Maintain balanced, realistic performance
• Present a professional and department-appropriate appearance

Vehicles that break immersion, exceed realistic performance limits, or conflict with departmental structure will be denied.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or non-ground vehicles
• Vehicles with animated, oversized, or glass roof lighting
• Heavily modified, lifted, lowered, or performance-enhanced SUV builds
• Tactical or specialized units without command authorization (if restricted)
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any submission that conflicts with realism, balance, or departmental policy.

✅ Acceptable Patrol SUV Platforms

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Standard police interceptor utility SUV
• Full-size marked patrol SUV
• Extended-length command-level patrol SUV (if permitted by rank)
• Fleet-issued all-wheel drive patrol unit

All SUVs must reflect:

• Approved emergency lighting configurations
• Proper department livery
• Standard patrol equipment setup
• Realistic ride height and configuration

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• ASRP Management approval is required before implementation.
• Vehicles must align with patrol-level roleplay standards and departmental SOPs.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and intended configuration.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate package removal and potential server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to comply with ASRP standards may result in:

• Vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Departmental disciplinary action
