Terms of Service (Lore Friendly)

By purchasing the FD/EMS Personal Command Vehicle Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned command-style vehicle intended for Fire Department and EMS supervisory personnel. These vehicles are designed for command response, scene oversight, and administrative operations — not frontline apparatus.

🌎 Lore & Department Standards

All vehicles must:

• Fit within a modern Arkansas-based fire/EMS setting
• Reflect a supervisory or command-level support vehicle
• Maintain balanced and realistic performance
• Present a clean, professional emergency-service appearance

Command vehicles are intended for Chiefs, Battalion-level staff, EMS Supervisors, and authorized command personnel only.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or non-ground vehicles
• Animated, RGB, or fantasy-style emergency lighting
• Excessive light bars or overbuilt emergency setups
• Glass-integrated or unrealistic lighting configurations
• Frontline fire apparatus (engines, ladders, rescues) under this package
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any submission that conflicts with realism, departmental structure, or server standards.

✅ Acceptable Command-Style Platforms

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Command-spec law-enforcement style utility SUV (reconfigured for fire/EMS use)
• Command-configured four-door sedan
• Full-size command SUV
• Light-duty or heavy-duty command pickup truck
• Supervisor response unit

All vehicles must reflect:

• Realistic and subtle emergency lighting
• Professional markings (minimal or command-level identifiers)
• Proper command equipment setup
• No excessive cosmetic modifications

These are supervisory response vehicles — not patrol units or frontline emergency apparatus.

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• ASRP Management approval is required prior to implementation.
• Vehicles must align with FD/EMS supervisory roleplay standards.
• Must follow all departmental SOPs and chain-of-command policies.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and configuration.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• Excessive lighting or unrealistic modifications will result in denial or revocation.

This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate package removal and potential server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to comply with ASRP standards may result in:

• Vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Departmental disciplinary action
