Terms of Service (Lore Friendly)

By purchasing the Personal LEO Sedan Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned law-enforcement sedan platform that aligns with department standards, server lore, and realism guidelines.

🌎 Lore & Department Standards

All vehicles must:

• Fit within the modern Arkansas-based law enforcement setting
• Reflect a standard patrol sedan commonly issued within the ASRP universe
• Maintain balanced, non-excessive performance
• Appear professional and department-appropriate

Vehicles that break immersion, exceed realistic performance expectations, or conflict with departmental structure will be denied.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or non-ground vehicles
• Vehicles with animated, oversized, or glass roof lighting
  (Lighting must be hard-mounted or slick-top only)
• Unmarked vehicles without command approval (if restricted by department policy)
• Unrealistic, heavily modified, or performance-enhanced patrol builds
• Non-patrol sedan platforms
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any submission that conflicts with server balance or departmental standards.

✅ Acceptable Patrol Platform Examples

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Modern full-size patrol sedan
• Standard police interceptor sedan
• Fleet-issued rear-wheel or all-wheel drive patrol sedan
• Department-configured marked patrol unit

All sedans must reflect:

• Standard emergency lighting configurations
• Proper department livery
• Approved equipment setup
• Professional patrol appearance

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• All Personal LEO Sedans require ASRP Management approval prior to implementation.
• Vehicles must align with departmental SOPs and chain-of-command policies.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and intended configuration.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate package removal and possible server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to follow ASRP policies or misuse of a Personal LEO vehicle may result in:

• Vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Departmental disciplinary action
