By purchasing the Personal LEO Supercar Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned supercar-class law-enforcement vehicle intended for specialty, highway, and high-visibility enforcement operations. This class is considered elite and is subject to strict oversight.

🌎 Lore & Operational Standards

All vehicles must:

• Fit within a modern Arkansas-based law enforcement setting
• Reflect a rare, department-authorized specialty enforcement platform
• Maintain balanced and realistic speed, acceleration, and handling
• Present a fully equipped, professional law-enforcement configuration

Supercar-class units are intended for controlled highway enforcement, recruitment visibility, and specialty operations — not routine patrol.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or non-ground vehicles
• Hypercars or extreme exotic platforms beyond realistic enforcement use
• Vehicles with animated, oversized, or glass roof lighting
• Civilian-only supercars without full patrol configuration
• Track-built, race-spec, or excessively modified performance builds
• Unrealistic or unbalanced handling setups
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any submission that conflicts with realism, balance, or departmental policy.

✅ Acceptable Supercar-Style Platforms

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Department-configured exotic-style enforcement coupe
• Specialty high-performance patrol platform
• Marked visibility-focused enforcement unit

All supercars must include:

• Approved emergency lighting
• Department-appropriate livery
• Standard enforcement equipment
• Balanced performance tuning consistent with server standards

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• Strict approval standards apply.
• ASRP Management approval is required prior to implementation.
• Vehicles must align with specialty or highway enforcement roleplay.
• Usage may be restricted based on operational or RP needs.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and configuration.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• Misuse or unrealistic deployment may result in immediate revocation.

This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate package removal and potential server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to comply with ASRP standards may result in:

• Vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Departmental disciplinary action
