Terms of Service (Lore Friendly)

By purchasing the Personal LEO Hypercar Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions within the Arkansas State Roleplay (ASRP) universe.

This package allows you to operate one personally assigned hypercar-class law-enforcement vehicle for highly limited and controlled specialty roleplay scenarios. These vehicles are classified as elite specialty assets and are held to the highest approval standards.

🌎 Lore & Specialty Asset Standards

All hypercar-class vehicles must:

• Fit within a modern Arkansas-based law enforcement setting
• Be justified as a rare, department-authorized specialty platform
• Maintain balanced and realistic speed, braking, and handling values
• Present a fully professional and properly equipped law-enforcement configuration

These vehicles are not intended for routine patrol and must align with high-visibility, controlled enforcement, or special-event roleplay.

🚫 Prohibited Vehicles

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aircraft, boats, military platforms, or non-ground vehicles
• Vehicles with animated, oversized, or glass roof lighting
• Track-built, race-spec, or competition-tuned builds
• Unrealistic handling, excessive top speed, or broken braking configurations
• Concept-only, prototype, or immersion-breaking platforms
• Any vehicle denied at ASRP Management discretion

Management reserves full authority to deny any submission that conflicts with realism, server balance, or departmental structure.

✅ Acceptable Hypercar-Style Platforms

(Examples only – not an all-inclusive list)

• Department-configured ultra-high-performance enforcement coupe
• Limited-production specialty patrol hyper platform
• Marked elite visibility enforcement vehicle

All hypercar-class vehicles must:

• Be professionally upfitted for law enforcement use
• Use realistic emergency lighting and siren packages
• Be balanced to ASRP performance standards
• Be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis

📌 Purchase & Approval Terms

• Strict case-by-case approval is required.
• Approval is not guaranteed.
• Usage may be restricted to specific RP scenarios or events.
• Vehicles must align with specialty enforcement roleplay standards.
• Submission must include the exact in-game model and full configuration details.
• Misuse or unrealistic deployment may result in immediate revocation.

This package grants usage rights only and may be revoked if policies are violated.

💳 Tebex & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate package removal and potential server ban.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

⚖️ Enforcement Clause

Failure to comply with ASRP standards may result in:

• Immediate vehicle removal
• Package revocation without refund
• Departmental disciplinary action
